SLOW FOOD BALI is pleased to invite you Terra Madre Day 2016! Terra Madre is the annual Slow Food celebration of small, sustainable food producers, the chefs that support them and diners who honour the principals of good, clean and fair food.
This year, Slow Food Bali is proud to partner with Locavore in this event. The restaurant already strongly supports the use of local products. Chefs Eelke and Ray recently initiated a project which sends small teams from the Locavore kitchen around the Archipelago on missions to find and bring back traditional, artisanal foods and cooking techniques which are in danger of being lost.
The Locavore kitchen has created a unique menu for the event which includes many elements from this culinary journey of discovery. The new ingredients will be woven into Locavore’s iconic menu structure of sweet and savoury amuse bouche, five courses and dessert.
Join us for a celebratory brunch that will amaze and delight you!
