SLOW FOOD BALI spent a special Valentine’s Day event celebrating Balinese chocolate with Room 4 Dessert and Primo Bali Chocolate. Giuseppe Verdacchi from Primo Bali took behind the scenes of his seasonally produced and cold processed chocolate, created from trees grown in the mountains of Bali. His relationship with the cocoa farmers is an important part of his product and story. Then Chef Goldfarb showed us exactly what single origin and local chocolate can do with a mini dessert tasting paired with a R4D signature cocktail.
