An exciting Foraged Lunch in a the unique Escape Nomade tented venue, with internationally acclaimed Chef Diana von Cranach of Puri Ganesha.

SLOW FOOD BALI in cooperation wit Anneke van Waesberghe’s Escape Nomade venue held a Dining Within Tent event to learn more about and taste the lesser known local produce foraged by Diana von Cranach of Puri Ganesha, Pemuteran in the wilds of North Bali, which has brought her international acclaim over the years!


11:00 – 11:30  Arrival & Welcoming.  Enjoy Indonesian herbal drinks & tasty vegan snacks.

11:30 – 12:30  Culinary Demonstration 

  • Introduction to an array of different roots, shoots and leaves
    and how they can be used to inspire amazingly healthy dishes, salads,  snacks and sambals – all in preparation for the perfect lunch.

12:30 onwards

  • Enjoy a delicious Fresh Lunch made with all the above ingredients.
