“Ark of Taste” Lunch Event

Join Slow Food at the UBUD FOOD FESTIVAL, and develop awareness of species going into extinction, and what YOU can do to help prevent their disappearance.

Forgotten flavors and heirloom foodstuffs define this themed lunch, elegantly presented on banana leaves at the stunning Bambu Indah reesort.  Slow Food’s “Ark of Taste foods are those in danger of disappearing forever, and include the Bali Black Pig, heritage rice, rare bananns, natural sea salt, edible bamboo, and many others.
