Join us for an informative workshop celebrating all aspects of the amazing BANANA plant.

Learn all about BANANAS from their cultivation, culinary uses, high nutritional value and benefits for our eco-system. 

You will travel on a journey from “farm to table”, learning to grow your own, along with tasting special banana varieties listed in the Slow Food “Ark of Taste” program to help preserve biodiversity.

  • A Bunch of Recipes:  a sumptuous vegetarian buffet featuring a variety of salads, mains, and desserts!
